PLEASE ENSURE YOU DISPOSE OF YOUR DOG'S WASTE AND TAKE IT WITH YOU

Upon arrival at Paw Patrol you will turn right into large wooden gates which will be open during our opening hours. Head straight forwards. Just in front of you, you will notice a parking area. This is for if you are a little early. Also upon entering, to your immediate left you will notice a picnic area (feel free to bring a packed lunch, flask of coffee etc). This is also for Paw Patrol’s customers’ use.

Please make 100% certain that your furry friends are on a lead and please if your dog is reactive in any way, shape or form, make sure you are in control and do not interact with any other of our furry friends. This is imperative as Paw Patrol’s business model is secure, safe dog walking. The public areas are not secure, and you enter at your own risk.

Upon booking with Paw Patrol, you will receive a confirmation email. This will contain all of the above information as well as paddock information including the code for the key safe located on the gate post of the paddock. This key safe will contain the key for the padlock on your paddock gate.

Each paddock has a separate diary. Paddocks 1 and 2 at Paw Patrol are activity fields and are to be filled and dressed with many activities. See pictures in our photo gallery for more information. Paddocks 1 and 2 are located on your immediate right hand side upon entry to Paw Patrol and are well sign posted. The gate to each paddock will have a different code, so upon entry if your code does not function please check the paddock’s signage to ensure that you have the correct entrance. Once inside the paddock, please make sure the gates are securely shut before exiting your dog from your vehicle.

Upon entering Paw Patrol if you have booked paddock 3 or 4, these are located straight ahead at the rear of Paw Patrol’s land. Upon entry, just carry on straight up the lane until you cannot drive any further. Paddock 3 and 4 are our country paddocks and are a little less kept than paddocks 1 and 2.

All of our paddocks are equipped with a water source near the entrance and will be on the gate post of the allocated paddock. Each paddock has shelter with a place to sit in some of our colder months. Where you can keep warm and dry. There will be toys and ball throwers and the like. Please ensure that they are used with care and replaced for Paw Patrol’s next furry friend.

It is Paw Patrol’s policy to ensure a clean, country environment for you to enjoy peaceful, quality time with your furry friends. With this in mind, you are fully expected to clean up your own furry friend’s waste and take it home with you.

CCTV is in operation for security reasons and at all times anywhere on site at Paw Patrol are entering, driving and partaking in all activities at your own risk.

Please ensure that our services and above all else use them responsibly so we can all spoil our furry friends and return some of the love they give to us.

In an emergency, please see the emergency telephone numbers dotted around Paw Patrol. If you have any problems using Paw Patrol’s facilities, you will find emergency phone numbers dotted around the site.
